A former office building converted at ground floor and basement levels to a wine bar/restaurant and night club under design and building contract. SPA designed and managed all aspects of the project including the planning and installation of services, kitchens and back-of-house facilities. An external courtyard was landscaped to extend usable space and provide inside/outside connectivity.
