A high density mixed use scheme planned into a deep site between two street frontages addresses a complex range of urban design criteria in this busy location.
The part vacated and extended Telephone Exchange on Shoreditch High Street made provision for the existing telecoms business to function at lower levels alongside the new residential scheme. Dedicated access and circulatory cores were provided for each. Improved window configuration, entrances and retail frontages punctuate and enliven the façade.
