Conversion and extension of a Grade II Listed Building to contemporary duplex units preserved important heritage features both internally and externally. New circulatory cores provided access to upper units. Plans for conversion of the ancillary mews buildings at the rear yielded further residential, studio work- space and office accommodation around a central amenity space that linked to the main development.
