A night time feature in this secluded location is the driveway pads which trigger pool lighting, illuminating the entrance forecourt on arrival. The house, to raised ground, enjoys views over open countryside to the rear while to the north and east, to the sea and adjacent coastline extending out to the horizon beyond. The contemporary house employs simple vernacular pitched roof form and restrained materials pallet of stained timber and glass melds into the existing plot and retained mature planting supplemented with new landscaping s to create an almost parkland setting.
