Aldeburgh Pool House

New build

Named as the Pool House by virtue of the 25m lane swimming pool link building extending out from the new build  house set within where the  enclosure is aligned flush with the entrance driveway, featuring aspect and water reflection day and night.  A night time feature in this secluded location is the driveway pads which trigger pool lighting, illuminating the entrance forecourt on arrival. The house, to raised ground,  enjoys  views over open countryside to the rear while to  the north and east, to the sea and adjacent coastline extending out to the horizon beyond.   The contemporary house employs simple vernacular pitched roof  form and  restrained materials pallet of stained timber and glass melds into the existing plot and retained mature  planting supplemented with  new landscaping s to create an almost parkland setting.
