Crouch End

A competition winning submission with a UK developer promoted change of use/conversion of a disused  telephone exchange to a mixed-use scheme in a landmark location. In recognition of the develop ment constraints imposed by the town centre location, the existing building framework was retained and remodelled to include side, rear and roof extensions to maximise accommodation. Efficient site use created a high-density development of 98 residential units, retail, restaurant/bar and health club.
