Dagmar road – Kingston

The site of an old laundry set amongst a grid of bland residential streets populated by smaller footprint properties, provided the ideal opportunity to create a traditional mews development that deliberately draws reference from the low rise heritage buildings of Kingston town centre.  Set around three sides of a courtyard, the inward looking properties form an intimate community whilst architectural variation fosters a sense of place.
