Strip out, refurbishment and remodelling with the addition of a basement extension over an of imposing Grade II Listed building to offer a high quality London home, complete with staff quarters, and office facility for an overseas client. The apartment spans approximately 3,200sqft. Structural works and new basement area better integrated the lower ground floor with ground floor living areas to create additional interior space with good daylighting. The practice also project managed the construction phase selecting  individual trade contractors and craftsmen for fabrication and installation of bespoke finishes from structural engineering to complete interior design to client’s brief.
