An old laundry site, part of a former industrial estate enclosed by residential development at the rear of the town centre, delivered 24no one and two bed bedroomedapartments set within landscaped grounds.The buildings are designed to read as a series of linked villas set around a landscaped central courtyard.   Built form, detailing andmaterials were chosen to reference the traditional buildings in Kenilworth.
