Kings road – Chelsea

Replanning and extension of the floors above two successful retail units rationalised and upgraded residential accommodation to contemporary standards.  Despite the constricted nature of the space, great care was taken to form units that met current GLA minimum space standards. A new dedicated entrance away from the busy thoroughfare provided much needed separation between the different uses.
