Moseley, Birmingham

In an area of outstanding natural beauty, adjacent a popular local golf club, 24 dual aspect apartments were planned onto a heavily wooded site previously occupied by a single artisan cottage.  The site had high ecological value and along with undulating topography which created a challenge to successful design.  The ensuing low  profile, interlinked buildings set within an enclave of mature trees utilised  natural materials that complemented the sylvan setting to promote contemporary high quality residences to integrate well into this pleasant Arcadian setting.
