The original semi- detached property,  had an extensive piece of land to the side of the house which was separated off to create a new development opportunity (see later project details) whilst still retaining a generous rear garden.

The house  was in poor condition with a dilapidated side extension that was subsequently demolished. A full refurbishment and remodelling of the existing accommodation, augmented  by a new rear extension,  was undertaken to form a traditional  5-bed, 4-bath family  house with access to large  rear terraces and views over a  site-wide landscaping scheme.   External material choices were worked up in close cooperation with the local authority conservation team to ensure that traditional material finishes were used throughout.
