A public consultation exercise helped steer the design of an 86 bed scheme towards traditional form that evokes three linked, two and three story villas of reducing overall scale. The architecture which creates a welcoming and varied internal environment for residents, harmonises externally with its urban setting to create a positive relationship with existing residential development on three sides. Mature landscaping and boundary planting contribute to the natural environmental and create secure gardens for residents’ enjoyment.
