Woking Stadium

Invited to prepare a scheme design in support of a bid for Woking’s new football stadium with ancillary training and club sports facilities.   The land peripheral to the green belt had planning sensitivies and ecological constraints.  The feasibility studies examined the viability of the scheme, the constraints and opportunities offered by the planning system leading up to public consultation.
