Woodborough Road SW15

Conversion

Originally built as an infill on land annexed from neighbouring property, the house had a dated, utilitarian appearance, out of keeping with its position in a local conservation area, and an uninspiring scale when set against the adjoining larger detached houses.  Comprehensive external remodelling saw the frontage elevation completely removed and replaced by one of improved scale and architectural interest. Internally contemporary living areas with outlooks over rear, side and front gardens offered improved livability including good entertaining space and generous bedroom areas for a growing family.
